1. Let’s Talk

Our partnership begins when you pick up the phone to talk about your future custom home or home renovation. We’ll chat about what you envision, a timeline and then we can give you an approximate budget for your build.

2. Design

We understand it is important to bring you vision to life! We will work with you to collaborate on key decisions from layout to cabinet finishes. Your input for your build is important to us.

3. Agreement

Once you are happy with the direction and vision for your home we can iron out the details. We will provide you with a detailed final price plus a contract making sure everything you want is clear. Our transparency with you is paramount, at this point you will have a clear vision regarding the financial costs and commitments, so we can begin to break ground with confidence.

4. Plans and Approvals

Once you are completely happy with your design, we can work with our professionals to quickly expedite the required permits and submit the plans to your local authority for planning approval. You can sit back and relax knowing we are on top of it. If you’ve already submitted your plans, no worries: we are ahead of the game!

5. Construction

Now we build! The team at Golden Line Homes will put our professional contractors to work ensuring we run a professional, timely and clean site. This is your home from the ground up and we will respect that from start to finish. Our eye for quality & detailed craftsmenship will be translated into “wow” moments when you step into your new home.

6. Warranty

We are here to ensure you are completely satisfied – not just during the warranty period. All of our homes are protected by National Home Warranty’s 2-5-10 home warranty insurance. That is our promise to you and how we stand behind our homes.
